Brand Design
As an illustrator, one of my specialties is brand design. To create typeface, mascots, and flesh out the idea of what it means to have a brand that stands out from the rest. What I’ve created are mock up brands, and these are the concepts that lead into the final idea of their identities. The concepts are as follows.
Olifant Coffee Roasters
This is Olifant Coffee Roasters. A brand design concept featuring a bohemian coffee house. When I was a kid, there was this coffee shop in Key West that we would frequent on our evening walks through the city. It was a quaint computer cafe accented with little floor palms, books strewn about, and a chess board situated at each of the tables. What stood out to me was how late it would be open and the patrons appearing to be creatives working on the completion of their latest project. That operated as the groundwork for Olifant Coffee Roasters.
The finished idea. Promotional poster and lead visual identity.
